RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

New , unopened items that were purchased through www.bodylookcareusa.c om can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Payment made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order. Return will not be accepted after 15 days.

Once we have received and processed the returned product, we will strive to issue you a refund within 15 business days. If you have not received a refund within 25 business days from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for further assistance at bodylookcareusa@gmail.com

If the package was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within seven (3) business days of receipt of the product to make arrangements for the product’s return at no cost to you.
